Attentive service in every way and always there when you need them, even if the dining room is full. A perfect salad buffet that leaves nothing to be desired, the potato salad I have to mention extra real Swabian and really snotty as you say here. We went to dinner and that was great! Salad buffet, the soups as a starter then the roast venison and the beef tongue in red wine sauce, all very delicious. The Spaetzle were just awesome.

Ordinary portions, very tasty. Children's dishes are a bit rare in the menu, but you get on request. Prices are a bit higher up. But it's worth it because it just tastes good.

I can only judge the rooms. Rooms are simple but ok. Bad is okay too. However, there is virtually no internet. Staff typical "Swabian" and very economical with words. For the quality of the rooms it is actually too expensive, probably for lack of alternatives.
